Smallholding: Introduction

Farlands smallholding covers five acres, including a vegetable garden, soft fruit cage, and orchard. There are chickens and bees, and turkeys sometimes at Christmas.

The smallholding is just about self-sufficient in fruit and vegetables.

James’s passion is fruit trees, especially apples, and he’s aiming for 100 varieties. Currently, he has 74!
